If you are looking the logo threads the same colour on all pieces, you only need to upload the photo once.
If you are looking thread colours different on each item please upload the logo to each product and state the colour of threads you are looking.
We can embroider most logos apart from portraits / face and extremely detailed designs.
Small writing can be extremely difficult to embroider and may not be visible, so we recommend that you remove this or we can make it slightly bigger to ensure design quality is kept.
If in doubt send us an email with a copy of your logo and we will check it before you order.
Yes, we are able to change your logo to any colours you would like, so please specify this in the 'logo colours' section once your logo is uploaded.
If you would like your logo black on one item but red on the other, please make this clear.
All normal threads come in basically all colours. If you are wanting to colour match your logo, we will do our best to do this.
Our metallic threads come in gold, silver and copper.
If you would like your logo on the back too, or would like it in the middle of the chest for example, give us a message and we'll be happy to help.
Extra embroidery comes at an extra cost, depending on size, but is completely do-able.
Turnaround times are up to 3 weeks from the date of ordering.
Due to every item being personalised, we do not accept returns / exchanges / refunds on any order (except of course where something is defective or damaged).
